Undergraduate and Postgraduate University Studies in Romania: Bachelor (licence), Master or PhD/ Doctorate of Agronomy and Veterinary medicine; Economy and Business Administration; European Studies; Geography and Geology; Mathematics and Physics, Chemistry; Medicine, Dentistry, and Pharmacy; Political Studies and Public Administration; Technical Studies and Engineering in English, French or German.

As an EU country, Romania currently applies the Bologna system, especially in high education, which means that the study period is structured as 3 years (for sciences, humanities, social and economic, law, political science, fine arts and sport) to 4 years (for technological sciences, engineering, technical engineering, agriculture and forestry) for bachelor’s degree, two years for master’s degree and three years for PhD studies.  
The length of undergraduate studies in Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy and Veterinary Medicine is 5 to 6 years.  Postgraduate in Medical studies (PhD, specialisation or Residency in medicine ) length vary from 3 to 6 years depending on speciality.
